A drainage diagram or plan shows the in-ground private drainage within a property that connects to a sewer connection or on-site sewerage facility. They are used to check if the plumbing on the property has been inspected and where the private pipes are crossing the property.

The Search will let you see where your original plumbing was, and if it’s been moved. The drainage diagrams do not show water supply or stormwater drainage.
