SaaS technology company, triSearch, has received a ‘Highly Recommended’ score at the Australian Achiever Awards for the second year in a row.
Entering in the ‘Information & Communications Technology Services’ category, triSearch recorded a customer satisfaction rating of 95.68 per cent.
The achievement marked triSearch as the only conveyancing and property industry-related business to receive a ‘Highly Recommended’ result or better on the east coast of Australia in the category.
The awards saw judges complete phone surveys with elected stakeholders of triSearch on May 5, 2023, with the intention to reveal whether the business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased customer support.
Judges surveyed four clients and one supplier with focus on eight key criteria, scoring each separately.
The criteria and scores include; Time Related Service, phone calls/appointments/delivery, score 95.00 per cent; Client Needs, is the customer getting/given what they want, score 89.17 per cent; Care and Attention, all dealings handled with expected care, score 97.50 per cent; Value, does customer satisfaction outweigh the cost, score 96.67 per cent; Attitude, politeness/friendliness/handling problems, score 97.78 per cent; Communication, clarity/courtesy, score 95.45 per cent; Referral, word of mouth recommendation, score 97.92 per cent; and Overall Perception, consistency/standard of work/presentation, score 97.04 per cent.
triSearch National Sales Manager, Mitchell Burge, said the Highly Recommended score is a true indication of the pride and effort the entire company has to customer service.

Highly recommended based on client feedback
triSearch was provided with anonymous statements judges received as part of the award package.
Judges shared three statements from different triSearch clients from the judging interviews:
“The team at triSearch are good to work with. They are courteous and respectful. and they listen to our issues and fix them promptly and professionally.”
Another added: “triSearch has changed my business. They have helped me to run the business more efficiently. I am now more able to be responsive to my clients and have improved business turnover and strategies. I am very happy.”
Lastly, adding: “They are approachable and easy to deal with. Any of our feedback is acted upon and they are very responsive in following up on anything. Everything they do is above board, and they always give us progress reports. Overall they have been great.”
The Australian Achiever Awards celebrated its 25th anniversary this year and pledged to continue being an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’ own customers.
