triSearch has been named the 10th best workplace in ANZ by Great Place To Work® Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd.
The announcement came at the 2023 Australian Best Workplaces event in August, where triSearch was selected as the 10th company in the top 100 list for the Micro Company category.
This achievement across the Micro Company category is a testament to the dedication and passion of every member of the triSearch team. Our journey towards this accomplishment has been marked by fostering an exceptional workplace culture, where innovation, collaboration, and growth thrive harmoniously.
The result is a product of the survey which all triSearch employees underwent in June 2023.
The Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Survey evaluation resulted in 100 per cent of employees saying it is a great place to work.
It is the first time triSearch has undergone the process to be certified since entering the market in 2018. The survey went out to all 23 employees and received a 100 per cent completion rate.
The survey takes into account 25 key focus areas based on a combination of questions asked.
Highlighting the key findings is the overall trust and culture shown in the results, with 100 per cent of employees saying they can be themselves and trust their colleagues, 100 per cent of employees believe in the leadership team, and 100 per cent of employees said there is excellent two-way dialog between employees and management.

To be certified, triSearch must score above a threshold in an anonymous survey. It is not compulsory for triSearch employees to take the survey, leaving the choice and results completely up to the individual. In the 25 focus areas, triSearch didn’t received a single result under 90 per cent satisfaction rate, with results highlighting:
- 100% of employees say triSearch promote inclusive behaviour, avoids discrimination, and is committed to ensuring fair appeals.
- 97% say there is an equal balance of reward for all employees both intangible and tangible.
- 97% say triSearch provides training opportunities, resources, and equipment as appreciation of professional accomplishment.
- 97% say the work environment is friendly and welcoming and can have fun and enjoy each other’s company.
- 98% say they have a sense of pride in their jobs, team, and the company.
- 99% say management operate with competence, credibility, and integrity.
