triSign FAQs

Any document can be signed using triSign. Simply upload a word doc or PDF, add in your signer tags and send it off for signing. 

A common question people have is “Can my digital signature be forged, misused or copied?” The reality is, wet signatures can easily be forged and tampered with, while electronic signatures have many layers of security and authentication built into them, along with court-admissible proof of transaction.

triSign offers real-time notifications when documents have been signed. As soon as your client signs you will be notified via email that the document is ready. Rather than waiting for a client to drop off the document or send it via post, the signed document will be ready instantly. 

Similar to all triSearch solutions, triSign has been competitively priced. It’s $5.95 per document, which can be passed on as a disbursement. These fees will also be avaiable in the Fee Summary through triSearch. 

triSign can be access directly from the triSearch platform. It’s available on the home screen quick links, or by hovering over the Searches menu > triSign.

This will take you to a dashboard where you can see all your outstanding and completed couments, as well upload any new documents for signing.
