BOS/BAS Letters - Building Over/Adjacent to Sewer Letter: Search Fee: $44.00 inclusive of GST
Letter issued regarding an existing building's compliance with Sydney Water standards and regulations.
This letter is not issued electonically by Sydney Water. We therefore need you to provide either an address or fax number when you register.

Section 88G Certificate - Search Fee: $48.00 inclusive of GST
Sydney Water caveat report for civil works against the property.
This letter is not issued electonically by Sydney Water. We therefore need you to provide either an address or fax number when you register.

Special Meter Reading - Search Fee: $42.35 inclusive of GST
Request an up-to-date statement of charges and payments relating to a property.
This letter is not issued electonically by Sydney Water. We therefore need you to provide either an address or fax number when you register.

Company Search / Company Details - Search Fee: Free
Company Searches can be conducted by entering either the Company Name or the ACN. If more than one match is found on a Company Name a list of Companies will display including their status and ACN. From here a specific company can be selected to perfom a details search. Entering an ACN will take you straight to the company details. (Provided that there is a match).
Company Details will show the Company Name, ACN, state, address locality and former company names. A Company Extract can be ordered from the Company details screen which will show further details about the Company.
Australian Business Name Extracts can be also be ordered in this manner.

Current Company Extracts - Search Fee: $18.70
Current Company Extracts show details only as to the correct name, current ACN, current registered addresses, current directors, current secretary, current shareholders etc.

Historical Company Extracts - Search Fee: $27.50
*Same as above but also includes all prior and historical details.

Business Name Extracts (NSW, ACT, WA available states only) - Search Fee: $24.20
Business Name Search - Current Business Name details as to the correct name, business address, proprietor(s), etc.

Company Documents - Search Fee: from $27.50
Document image requests for companies. These can be delivered by either Email or Fax.
Document Images can also be ordered via a Company Extract once the extract has been purchased by selecting document number's you wish to order from the extract.

Street Address - Search Fee: Free
Street Address Inquiry provides the reference to the current Folio Identifier for most street addresses. Use Street Address if you don't know your Title Reference.

Title Searches - Search Fee: $15.40
Title Searches provides an up to date search of a current Folio Identifier.
If you don't know your Title Reference use the Street Adress Inquiry.

Historical Search - Search Fee: $15.40
Historical Title Search provides a list of all the dealings and plans ever registered on a Folio Identifier and their dates of registration.

Plan Images - Search Fee: $15.40
Plan Images Inquiry provides an on-line copy of a Deposited Plan, Strata Plan or 88B or associated images.

Dealing Image / ie. Transfer of Mortgage - Search Fee: from $15.40
Dealing Image Inquiry provides an on-line copy of a dealing or copy transfer.

Hunter Water

Hunter Water Conveyancing Certificates - Search Fee: $18.42
Conveyancing Certificates, also known as Section 47 Certificates (S47s) provide a Certificate of rates and charges under Section 47 of the Hunter Water Act.
Conveyancing Certificates are sourced from Hunter Water’s Customer Information System (CIS) and are delivered as text documents.

Hunter Water Service Location Plan - Search Fee: $23.87
Service Location Plans (SLPs) show the location of sewer and/or water mains in relation to property boundaries or a statement of unavailability of sewer connection.
SLPs are sourced from Hunter Water’s Geographical Information System (GIS) system and are delivered in the PNG graphics file format.
